Download GoodReader from app store. It can unzip .zip files directly on iPad. Or, if your iPad is jailbroken, download iFile :)

Sorry for bothering, could you upload the wallpaper alone to your sta.sh and put a link on the description instead of uploading a zip? This way it can be directly installed from the iPad
